Dr. Kevin Lie

Dr. Kevin T. Lie, a respected double board-certified vascular and interventional radiologist, leads the Georgia Endovascular team with over 15 years of experience. With degrees from Case Western Reserve University and Flinders School of Medicine, Dr. Lie's expertise is unparalleled.

Recognized as a Top Doctor by Philadelphia Magazine, he and his team offer advanced care for diverse vascular disorders, employing leading-edge technology to ensure optimal outcomes.


Dr. Sachin Sheth

Sachin Sheth, M.D., RPVI is a board certified interventional radiologist with over 10 years of experience treating vascular disorders. He is a member of the Society of Interventional Radiology, the Cardiovascular and Interventional Radiological Society of Europe, the Radiological Society of North America, and the American Vein and Lymphatic Society.

A native of Charleston, SC, Dr. Sheth graduated with a honors from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where he completed a B.A. in Economics with a minor in Business Information Systems. After graduating, he began working for MicroStrategy in Washington D.C before pivoting and earning his medical degree and completing his internship at the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, SC. Upon completion of his internship, he completed his residency in diagnostic radiology and fellowship in vascular and interventional radiology at the prestigious Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai in New York, NY.

In his free time, Dr. Sheth enjoys spending time with his family, snowboarding, kitesurfing, biking and cheering for his favorite sports teams, the UNC Tar Heels, the Atlanta Falcons and Atlanta Braves.

Michaela Allen, PA-C

Michaela Allen, PA-C is a South Carolina native with a love for life-long learning. She received her Bachelor of Science in exercise and sports science at Coastal Carolina University and very briefly, attended South Carolina State University for post-baccalaureate benefit, before becoming a Georgia peach and earning her Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the illustrious Morehouse School of Medicine in metropolitan Atlanta, Georgia. She is currently a Doctor of Medical Science student at Shenandoah University in which she is eager to expand her skills in leadership, clinical research, and education.

Although Michaela has a background in urgent care medicine, she has a special passion for the care and management of vascular diseases. Her areas of expertise are very diverse, including but not limited to venous disease, peripheral arterial disease, uterine fibroids, benign prostatic hyperplasia, hemorrhoids, and knee osteoarthritis. Michaela also has a deeply rooted love for women’s health and strives to improve healthcare literacy and standards regarding patient advocacy.

She takes pride in providing exceptional patient care and building long-lasting relationships with her patients and leading the creation of health equity. Her desire to apply innovative medicine through technological advances speaks volumes to her character.

Residing in South Atlanta, Michaela prioritizes family time, identifying as a wife and a girl mom. Outside of work she enjoys HIIT and cycling group fitness classes, traveling the world, and sometimes (depending on the year) cheering for her favorite team, the Dallas Cowboys.

Alyssa Patel, Physician Assistant

Introducing Alyssa, a devoted Physician Assistant with a passion for vascular health. Originally from Jacksonville but deeply connected to Georgia, she earned her Bachelor’s of Science in Biology and Psychology from the University of Georgia before achieving her Master’s of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies, graduating summa cum laude from Lincoln Memorial University School of Medical Science.

With a background in emergency medicine and urgent care, Alyssa's interest in vascular diseases led her to specialize in venous disease treatment modalities. She takes pride in providing exceptional care to her patients, prioritizing their well-being above all else.

Outside of her professional pursuits, Alyssa resides in West Midtown with her husband, cherishing moments with loved ones and exploring the diverse culinary scene of the city. An enthusiastic traveler and Georgia Bulldogs fan, Alyssa's most cherished memories include adventures to Egypt with her aunt and a memorable three-week journey through Italy with her loving husband.
